Unwine Nail Spa

I came into this nail salad, unannounced, asking for a pedicure. I am hairy, calloused, and tired. Sarah heard the cry from my hard neglect and massaged my lets and toes greatly. I mean, GREATLY!! This was my first time to this salon and I’ll be coming back, again and again!! (Less hairy and calloused!) THANK YOU SARAH!

I called to confirm they had availability to do an acrylic fill, with gel and powder on my nails and I also wanted a pedicure with the same white gel polish and powder. Nancy said "yes, I can do that, can you come now?" and I stated I can be there in 15 minutes. When I arrived she said I got there too fast, as she was eating her lunch. Rude!! She started on my nails and one of her regulars showed up so she had a sweet young lady do my pedicure while she did her regular customer's nails. The young lady doing my pedicure stated they couldn't do the gel and powder on my toe nails. I was annoyed but said okay, just paint them white then. When Nancy was finished I went back to her table and mentioned two more times I wanted the powder to make my nails have an iridescent shine. So she finished

Have experienced exceptional customer service!!! I have received service at one time or another from almost every nail tech there. They are all fantastic!! Take time to know exactly what you want and just do it. I have been going for over 5 years and they are the best!!

I have been coming here for years and have always been pleased! I moved away a while ago, but still make sure I come to get my nails done here when I am back in town. Hai did my nails today and was so helpful with picking out my colors, provided a great service, and gave me such a good massage!

I got the feeling they were really in a hurry the polish hadn’t dried before they sent me out the door, which resulted in me having to go back in to do get a redo……
