I had a last-minute event and desperately needed my hair fixed — Up Beauty Lounge saved the day! The ladies here are absolutely amazing. My blowout came out perfect, super sleek. I also got a Brazilian manicure and it was truly over the top — meticulous, clean and beautiful. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants great service, great energy, and flawless results. I received a gift card for a head spa service, but due to a technical issue it wasn’t available at the time of my visit. The staff handled it so professionally and generously offered a full body massage instead and it was AMAZING. The experience was incredibly relaxing, very professional, and exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Been going to Karina for my lashes now for months and I love love love her and her work. I always leave feeling so confident — my lashes last so long and still look amazing weeks later. She has such a gentle touch, so the whole experience is super relaxing. The atmosphere in the beauty lounge is gorgeous and welcoming, and I love that it’s a one-stop shop for all my beauty needs. Truly the best! Edit: recently had a head spa treatment done. I had an amazing head spa experience! The aromatherapy, scalp massage, and overall atmosphere were so soothing — I was this close to falling asleep. I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and pampered. Definitely recommend this place if you need a reset!

Response to Owner: I'm writing to correct significant inaccuracies in your response that misrepresent what actually occurred during my visit. Regarding the "Head Spa bed": Your claim that I was offered a choice between a Head Spa bed and the traditional shampoo station, and that I declined due to "personal discomfort with lying down," is completely false. This conversation never took place. I was taken directly to a shampoo bowl with a reclining chair; no options were presented to me whatsoever.
