I really recommend this place if you’re looking to spoil and pamper yourself. You pay for what you get, and it’s a salon that delivers quality service - manicures/pedicures with optional full or express massages. I only regret not extending an additional 10 minutes for the express massage for my manicure! I will extend for sure next time and opt for a full 20-30 minutes while I get my gel manicure with a cat eye twist. I wish I could upload a video for viewers to see the shine and sparkle of the cat eye effect.

Warning do not come here for any kind of waxing! The First Lady that tried did not speak any English or seem to know what she was doing AT ALL. She was “finished” and I still had stray hairs and not the shape I wanted at all. It wasn’t even clean lines. Second Lady (manager) came in to help since she couldn’t give me a simple eyebrow wax and had to wax me multiple times again causing my eyes to become extremely red and raw then when I’m walking out she tells me one of them is more thin than the other still… On top of everything it took about 3 times longer than most places. They didn’t say sorry or offer a discount or anything after me mentioning it was the worst wax appointment I’ve ever had. I am very patient and understanding but they did not seem to know what they’re doing at all and

I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi and I'm glad I came to Upbeat. I honestly had a flawless session and props to Jessica for taking great care of me! I got a gel mani and gel pedicure, which Jessica removed my old gel with precision and replaced it with a shiny new set. It's been 3 weeks and my gel still looks great with no chips. If you need a foot massage, Jessica also does wonders and worked at my sore feet for 10 minutes. I also love the clean, modern and relaxing ambiance in this nail salon. Highly recommend!

Practically ripped off the side of my toenail during a pedicure. Photo attached. Looks and feels infected. I wish I had seen the earlier review of identical issue. The place does looks very nice and renovated. But in addition to risking your health, it’s $62 for a regular mani pedi and not even a minute of customary shoulder massage included. I did point out the error immediately to the owners who responded by putting on some antibacterial ointment on the toe. And reminded me they only accept Zelle for gratuity at check out.

Came for a spa pedicure and manicure- I've never felt so pampered!! I did the bamboo charcoal pedicure and it left my feet baby soft! The salon is brand new and so beautiful, it really felt like a spa day. Will be back again soon for a treat myself day
