I want to start by saying I loved my injector and she was wonderful! This is feedback about the establishment itself. I went for my first time at upkeep, and my second time ever getting injectables and at the end of the appointment the girl at the front desk handed me an iPad for tip, I added an additional $100 to my already high total. After talking to friends and reading a lot online I learned how uncommon it is to tip nurses and doctors for injecting. I emailed the upkeep team to tell them I wish I was informed about common industry practice when it comes to tipping and their response was “some of our front desk staff don’t feel comfortable saying that to costumers”. Which maybe you should be hiring people that are comfortable communicating with patients??? I’m just so disappointed an

UPKEEP is what every med spa should be. Kaley did my botox injections, she knew exactly what i wanted and did a great job. Their location in Chelsea is relaxing and easy to commute to. I really appreciate how they are upfront with their pricing, and their prices are very reasonable. I am so relieved that I found this place. I will definitely be coming back.

Kaley is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend that you book with her for any filler or botox needs. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what I was getting into. The fillers came out so naturally and it was exactly what I wanted. If they look this good now, I can’t wait to see them healed!

I found Needle Med Spa on Instagram while searching for someone who specializes in microblading correction and I’m glad I did! The location was easy to find and the vibe is everything: chic, sultry, and luxurious with black, navy, and gold accents. Everyone was super welcoming and upbeat. It’s clearly a POC and LGBT+ inclusive space, which made me feel even more comfortable. I booked with Jacqueline, a nurse who really knows her stuff. She made me feel at ease, explained everything thoroughly, and was incredibly gentle. I went in for laser tattoo removal on my brows (which was super quick and pretty much painless like little baby pinches!) and walked out already booked for lip filler and Botox for next time. I’ve been seeing Kaley for Botox for a few years and loved my recent visit to the new Upkeep Chelsea location. In addition to Botox, I asked Kaley to make some recommendations for facial balancing and decided to try chin filler for the first time.
