Upper Hand Nail Salon

I went in for a fill and polish change on my toes. It was a very rushed job and when I called back for a refund , they only offered to fix. I don’t live in San Antonio. I asked to speak to the owner and they just just keep telling me to come in to fix. I had to go somewhere else to fix them when I returned home.

I brought my girlfriend today to get her nails done for her graduation and she was completely unhappy with her nails. They definitely need to work on their design work and nail forming, or if they cant do it then simply let us know they cant do it, like it cant be that hard to make straight lines or even ones at that with all the years of “experience” had. I refuse to believe these nails are worth the $60 dollars i was charged and i dont recommend anyone to plan to come here unless you want something basic and mediocre. Inclusively, i brought my girlfriend again here 2 1/2 weeks back to get a set with pretty much the same design only thinner and still had the lines crooked, we hoped they would do better this time considering that they might have been rushed last time but this time we patie

Got a mani pedi and eyebrows and upper lip wax. Spent $81 total. Maincure I chose was french tips pedicure was on a lovely massage chair with a nice foot rub hot towel treatment and color of choice. I was nervouse about coming in as I grew up going to expensive and posh places since my dad worked in the oil field as a top dog. Those worries were completely pointless though. These ladies are so polite and seemed to know exactly what I want even though they dont speak english very well. Needless to say I WILL be returning and I DEFINITELY DO recommend.

Its pretty amazing here. I generally only write reviews if i really like or dislike the place. I really like this place. They're quick, but pay lots of attention to detail and confirm what theyre doing to ensure no mistakes. Really good prices as well. *their massages that come with the manicures feel great!*

Could have been better as u can see there are some messy areas but you get what u pay for and I just needed to get something done before tomorrow event my eyebrows are good though can't complain to much.
