I pulled up around 7:55 PM just to grab bobby pins. The store says it closes at 8 and the lights were still on, so I assumed it was open. There was no sign on the outside saying the store had closed early. There are two doors to enter—a clear outside door with a sign on it, then a second door inside like a small foyer. The sign on the first door said to ring a doorbell or call a number to be let in. I rang the bell a couple times and called the number twice and no one answered. If the store is going to close early, at least turn off the lights and put a sign up. Standing outside at night, especially in cold weather, waiting for someone to answer a door that isn’t going to open is not a good experience. The whole situation felt confusing and uncomfortable, so I left. I will not be return

I love the store and they have amazing products in there. However the area/location in which the store is in isn't too great so please be careful and always watch your surroundings.

The staff was really kind and helpful. And this place was HUGE with lots to chose from. This will be my new go-to beauty supply store.

The door wasn't locked when I went (2:30-3:30ish), but the other reviews mention that being a thing. The man with the glasses was very nice! I'm glad he was there. There's a wide selection. 10% off a display wig is a little stingy, but I'll be back. :)

They hav a lot to offer at good prices depending on what you are getting. They have hair, skin care products, jewelry, oils, and so much more. The hair I’ve been getting is at an affordable price. You should keep note that they don’t do returns but depending on what it’s possible that you can switch it out for something at the same price.
