Wonderful, first time experience with Julene! Told Julene I needed to get out by a certain time and she got me out a complete half an hour before the needed time. Will definitely return for another hair visit.
Sheeka is kind, patient, and creative. She has been doing my special needs child’s hair for four years. Upscale didn’t bother me about breastfeeding and their conversations are delightful!
