Upside Down Haircutter

I had to give it 1 star for the sake of leaving this review to bring awareness. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I came here in September to get highlights and it was the worst decision of my life. I wish I went somewhere else.A chunk of my hair is missing. I knew something was wrong when I saw the lady get a metal brush for my FINE hair to brush out my hair WET. It hurt so badly but I thought it was just me being sensitive. Also, I found it suspicious that she took pictures of my hair once she was finished as they have NEVER taken pictures of my after and more so she never took before pictures. Then she curled my hair which NEVER happens they always straighten my hair. However, I thought nothing of it because i am naive i will admit to it I believed if something was wrong especially t

Very accommodating and welcoming I felt I can tell my hair dresser what's on my mind which is a rare chance for salons I been to. She cut it and I told her hm, maybe go an inch shorter and she did just that. I'm definitely coming to them again
