Horrible paint job. The girl needed help painting my nails.. Confusing. Cuticles were trimmed unevenly and inconsistently. They were nice but I paid for service not kindness. Won't go back

Jenny was GREAT. Very professional, attentive, kind, and did clean work. This was my first time visiting their shop and my first professional pedicure in a very long time and it was only $30 (not including tax and tip). The pedicure was quite relaxing— I got a classic non gel french tip polish. She was gentle yet effective ( made sure to file, scrub, etc without causing harm/pain/cuts). I also, got the enjoy a hot towel shoulder/back massage from her while my nails were drying— that was a treat! Her hands are blessed. I don’t live in liverpool, but would revisit for her services. Extremely disappointed! Had eye brows done….. they are shaped completely different from one another. Alcohol got into my eye when she was doing them and I repeatedly asked for something to wipe them with and she just kept going. Then she trimmed with scissors and just had me open my eyes to look and sit up with it all over me. My eyes were burning and tearing and never gave me anything to help as there was a huge language barrier!! My nails are shaped well however the polish is clumpy and uneven. I just could not wait to get out of there and never go back and no one seemed to “understand “ me. Funny…. You were able to have somewhat of a conversation about payment. Faucet did not even work. Had to wash my hands with an outdoor watering can!! Seriously?!?!? I was there Friday thank you!!

I have been going to Jackie for almost a year and never disappointed! I am hard to please with a specific shape that majority of nail techs just don’t get. She is always happy, knows every customer by first name and attentive to detail! If something isn’t meeting your likes just tell her and she will make it right! I’ve also had a few pedicures by other techs and always leave happy!!
