Uptown Barber Shop

Well this is the worst barbershop I have ever seen , I took my son to the lady and I was explaining to her the kind of hair cut that I want for my son and look like she didn't get that " it's okay if she doesn't speak English but at least tell me that you didn't understand me" she literally shaved his head she makes him bald and he had such a nice curly hair not only this he’s a calm child who doesn’t move around or cry during haircuts — yet the barber still managed to cut his forehead badly with the clippers while lining up the front. She left a long visible line across his forehead that lasted for over two weeks. It was clear negligence, and what’s worse, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I will never return, and I strongly do not recommend this place for children

I’ve been coming here for many many years… Probably about 20 years and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. When I started coming here, my hair was somewhat “normal” meaning I wasn’t completely bald… yet! But that eventually happened and I came left often. I now come once every few months or so, as in between I cut my own hair. Pretty much the same two ladies are still here, though my fav was Sue, who left about 12 years ago. I used to take my son here too – they’re great with kids too! Only Issue – THEY ONLY TAKE CA$H!!

I’ve been coming here for over ten years. Kim is always very attentive and takes the time to make sure my hair looks just right.

My son’s hair was butchered at another shop. Ms Young did a fantastic job fixing it so that it grows back nicely. We will definitely be using this shop from now on! Update: My husband and sons have been coming here since my first review. Excellent work every time!

Terrible barber staff doesn’t know what they are doing, NOT recommended!
