If I could rate this place at a ZERO I certainly would be happy to do so. The shop owner is very sorry at conflict resolution. She allows the "independent contractors" ,as she calls the stylists, to do whatever they want. I have had two different stylists do very simple braids and THEY BOTH SUCK ESPECIALLY JAZZY-H, as she calls herself. She has a funky f***** up attitude because the braids that she guaranteed would last two weeks only lasted four days. I contacted her about it. She said would fix it and has given me the run around every since. She lied on me, so I proved to the shop owner that I was telling the truth with pics and texts, and EVERYONE in the shop still had this girl's back threatening to call the po lice on me because i stood on the fact that I needed my money back or my so
