Uptown Spa and Suites

Erica did an excellent job helping me relax and relieve tension in my back. As a swimmer, it was incredible to feel the difference in my shoulders. She could tell where I needed the most work and attention. The warm table and compresses were an extra special touch. Very worthwhile and affordable too!

It’s been a week since my massage here and I’ve contemplated a lot on leaving a review. I really wanted this experience to be good, but I just left feeling duped. I had never had a professional massage before and my partner really wanted to get me one. He searched around town for weeks and decided on this spot. He purchased $100 gift card for me and left it to me to schedule it as my work schedule is never the same. When I scheduled, only about half the prices were listed online, but I figured if the 90 minute massage was a certain amount then the 60 minute should be about $100 give or take a bit. So I scheduled that online, only to be asked to pay a deposit that also didn’t state the amount. It also wouldn’t let me pay the deposit with the gift card. I paid it anyways with my bank card, o

Today I went in to get a message with Mrs. Erica. First off I was greeted with a warm welcome from someone - didn’t catch her name but she was super nice. Then Mrs Erica came out and was just the sweetest. She asked me what my needs was before she got started. The message itself was magical. I’ve had messages before but Mrs Erica is top tier.

So today was my first time going to Uptown Spa and Suites. I saw Caitlyn and she was amazing! I needed a massage so bad and my normal place was booked until next week. I like the way Caitlyn focused on my main issues and took her time getting all the knots out of my back. Great pressure, great setup, and really like how she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Definitely will be back!

Brandi was phenomenal. The salon has the perfect ambiance for relaxation and self care! In a sketch neighborhood but worth it for sure.
