Let’s just say Renee was my saving grace today! I have been blonde for over 16 years & decided to let my natural dark brown hair color grow out for a little over a year. I then pulled the thing you NEVER should do…. Grabbed some box dye, toner and did it myself at home to go blonde again. Biggest mistake ever. I turned myself into a bright yellow / orange highlighter; the pictures I have posted looks nowhere near as bad as it really was. I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror. After calling MULTIPLE salons for a 911; which I knew was a long shot for a last minute color correction just a few days after a holiday; I call Urban Halo and Renee gets me in on her personal time she made for herself. Renee was able to get me in on very short notice and she was fabulous! I bleached my hair myself at home (I know, horrible) and she was able to work her magic to not only make it look so much more natural but healthier than it was before! Just in my time for my birthday! I will definitely be coming back!
