I love fundamentals with Arden! She is an experienced and very hands on instructor! This class is for any beginners or anyone wanting to focus on the basics of yoga! So check her out!! Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only have one weekend class available. I personally need more weekend class options instead of only one class Sunday at 9:30am.

Incredible prenatal massage. Erin was unbelievably attentive, checking in constantly and tailoring everything to my comfort level. She seemed to intuitively understand exactly which muscles were tight and needed extra care, and every adjustment felt thoughtful and intentional. I felt completely supported and relaxed the entire time. If you’re pregnant and even thinking about a prenatal massage, book with Erin. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Got a massage here while traveling for work. Everyone was pleasent and easy to work with. The owner is obviously passionate and has created a great and relaxing atmosphere. Rachel was my therapist and she was amazing. Talented and thoughtful. My neck and back felt MUCH better after my session.

Lauren was incredible! I mentioned I have lymphedema. She took extra time and worked on getting my fluid to move. I have had many lymphedema massages and hers was the best lymphedema massage I have ever had!! She is very knowledgeable with the lymph system. Thank you so much, Lauren! It felt wonderful and I’m feeling refreshed:)!!

My massage from Bimah was absolutely perfect! She was super great and made me feel so comfortable, and I left feeling relaxed and free of back pain for the first time in years! I will definitely be coming back!!
