Can’t believe This!! I have such a fine thin hair!! NOAH the stylist , that guy is amazinggg !! He recommended the best cut for me and had done a great job!! Definitely recommended!! I im in love with my hair now 🤌🏻🤌🏻!!

Lindsay is the BEST! She has been doing my hair for just over two years and has taken me blonde, red, ginger, dark, and back blonde again. She keeps the strength of my hair in mind every time while making it look beautiful and keeping me entertained. Great stylist and human 💗

I came in yesterday for a 60-minute master massage with Lauren. While I haven't had a ton of professional massages, I can say with confidence this is the best I've had. The space is extremely clean, calming, and just nice to be in from the lounge to the locker room to the massage space itself. There are free beverages and some light snacks offered in the lounge while you wait for your appointment. The massage itself was amazing- Lauren took note of my areas of concern before moving into the full-body massage with a great amount of pressure and care, reflecting what must be a ton of experience! After the massage, I was able to take a relaxing steamy shower with included bath products for as long as I wanted. From check-in to leaving, this was a wonderful massage experience. Highly recommend

Got my hair dyed for the first time ever and LOVED IT! my stylist, Lindsay, is super nice. She makes the time fly by! 3 hours feels like thirty minutes. Her jokes are pretty funny too.

my husband and i got a couples massage yesterday -- we've gone several times and have had great experiences, except yesterday. i expected to have a female massage therapist. apparently there was a schedule change and only a male massage therapist was available. this was never communicated to me until arrival when i was already in my robe. during the massage, the therapist had his hair in my face, was not gentle, and i feel like there were normal expectations of a massage at urban nirvana that i assume are normal that did not happen (but my husband right next to me did receive) like warm towels on my feet and face. this massage was not relaxing. i don't think we'll be back.
