Urban Waxx Fisher's Landing

I loved my experience at Urban Waxx in Fisher's Landing and Brionna is so sweet. They offered me drinks and snacks beforehand and won me over when they offered me a mimosa, haha. Brionna made me feel so comfortable the whole time, walked me through the process, and made sure beforehand that this was right for me. My brows look absolutely perfect. I love them and will be going back!! . . Update in December from September, just got my brows laminated, waxed and dyed again and I still love them. Never stopping! Haha

I had my first ever sugaring experience with Ava, and she was amazing the whole step of the way. She answered all my questions and treated me with care. I was incredibly nervous because I was shy of myself, but she made me feel at ease and I quickly forgot how shy i was. Now I feel great with my waxed areas, and look forward to my next session with her. Thank you!

I've been a long time customer of Urban Waxx, but I truly hate the new policy of needing a code to enter and not having a permanent person at the front desk. Sometimes I just need to stop by to get product and now I have to call a number just to get in and potentially wait up to 30 minutes while someone else is getting a service when this should be less than a 5 minute interaction. I understand if the door needs to remain locked for security, but they really need to bring back front desk receptionists.

Ava is wonderful and professional. I felt so comfortable with her as my waxer, especially since I am new to getting Brazilians! Just started getting my brows done as well and she really nailed it.
