Urban Waxx Hazel Dell

I've been a long time customer of Urban Waxx, but I truly hate the new policy of needing a code to enter and not having a permanent person at the front desk. Sometimes I just need to stop by to get product and now I have to call a number just to get in and potentially wait up to 30 minutes while someone else is getting a service when this should be less than a 5 minute interaction. I understand if the door needs to remain locked for security, but they really need to bring back front desk receptionists. Staff is great, but this policy sucks!

Getting any kind of wax procedure is never fun but Diane makes it as painless as possible and is so easy to talk to. Will always come here as long as Diane is here

Go see Kelsi if you are on the fence about trying waxing....dont be. She is amazing its comfortable and she is wonderful.

Diane was the best! I had never really waxed my brows before, or tinted them. I was nervous because I have thick natural brows and never touch them. However, Diane was cautious and knew to be conservative. I trusted her completely! She ended up doing an amazing job. I completely recommend for brows and tint.
