After going through the great 5 star reviews for this location, I had booked a late, last minute appointment on a Friday for a Brazilian here last month. The gals working were great and the customer service was superb whether it was the front desk gal or my waxer. If this is your first time booking a Brazilian, I’d recommend choosing a 45 min appointment with a senior waxer. I opted for a 30 min appt thinking I’d have no issues. However, I felt like that wasn’t enough time and my waxer started to rush through removing the strips towards the end of the appt. The wax used kept getting hotter and hotter despite when I commented on the temperature of it.
