Kristy is the best! I love my nails and she always does an amazing job! I’ve been doing my own nails for the last 1.5 years and now I keep going back! Also, my pedicure is top notch unlike some of the nail places that rush! My pedicures are never rushed and they take their time! Customer service is great and people are friendly. Definitely my spot!

My friend’s daughter is a disabled adult. Recently her mom died and we all have begun to realize how neglected she has been. Her feet made her cry every time she looked at them. We took her to Urbane today and I am only not mentioning names out of respect but the gentleman who did her nails will have our gratitude forever. He may never know what a difference he made in the heart of this grown child. Not to mention her feet!! Thank you - ALL of you. This salon is SO sweet and friendly, talented and kind, easy to describe your wishes to and today the nail salon was a ministry. Thank you.

Christy is my normal nail tech but they are sooo busy Christy said to go to Tracy today (Who sits right next to her at the front to the side facing the door)Tracy was quick and did just as my picky butt asked. I got a fill and Pedicure! She did both services for me really well! Misty normally does my toes but she is off today and she is also Christy’s daughter! I love this spot better than any other! 💯 These are my real nails just overlayed!

Came in for the happy hour deal. Huge mistake. Was told I’d pay $58. Lie. Every color I chose; nail tech had me choose a different color. Couldn’t get color I wanted. Total wasn’t $58. Waited patiently over an hour to get services started but didn’t complain. Since I was patient; I figured they would provide nice service. Nails were broken in less than 4 days. I went in on fourth day of nails breaking and wanted to get it fixed. Of course they try to sell me an overlay for $70 or new things. To take more money. I kept explaining over and over; I was not interested In paying for more services…only to get color and nails broken fixed. If any spot messes up your nails; they’ll fix them within a few days as it’s their fault a pricey service doesn’t last at least two or three weeks.

I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. The salon was super clean and relaxing. Tammy did my nails and she was absolutely incredible! She paid so much attention to detail and made sure I loved the shape and color before finishing. My nails came out flawless, neat, and exactly what I wanted. She’s so sweet and really takes her time to perfect everything. I will definitely be coming back and asking for Tammy again! Highly recommend!
