I love Wendy! She's my favorite, always does a beautiful job on my nails and she's always in a good mood. I've never found someone I like more, Wendy is my favorite nail tech! 🥰 I always get an acrylic manicure and a gel pedicure when I go. (Note: I bite my nails and fingers, so any skin/cuticle damage is from me, not US Nail Bar)

First 2 times were really nice, this last time was awful so I am not coming back unfortunately... This nail tech did all the things you dread a nail tech would do. Most of my fingers hurt from them using the wrong drill bit on my natural nail. Thank heavens for nail career education YouTuber out her doing the lord's work, I'm telling you all. She has 30+ years in the industry and has taught me what to look out for and this last nail tech did a lot of improper things. I believe her name is Mia and she is a very petite framed individual. She was nice, but she did the following and now my nails hurt and because I have very thin nails to begin with, I would not be at all surprised if a few break in a bad way. The service I received was a builder gel fill 1.) She did not sanitize her tools 2.)

I was excited when I first discovered this place. I exclusively get pedicures and I really enjoy the secluded ambiance of their pedicure area. However, the last time I came in over a month ago, I decided to get a gel pedicure and manicure for an event. I gave up gel a while ago to let my nails heal and grow. But I wanted them to last and not chip so I opted for the more expensive, durable option. My first gripe is at no point during my 1-1/2 hour appointment did anyone let me (or the rest of the clientele) know their card machine and ATM were out of order. They wanted $95 in cash or Zelle when I was done. Obviously, I don't have $95 in cash. Thankfully I do have Zelle but my concern is what if I didn't? I understand having technical issues but no heads up, other backup plans, or even some

Lily did an absolutely incredible job, so sweet and kind and gentle! She was so helpful with helping me decide on a design for my nails for my wedding. Beautiful work, and super fast. Wendy is also a great tech! She has worked on both my sister and I and her art is always stunning. I strongly recommend both of these ladies!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Wendy! She is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Not only is her work flawless and long-lasting, but she truly takes the time to make sure every detail is perfect. She listens to what I want, gives great suggestions, and somehow always makes my nails look even better than I imagined. On top of her amazing skills, Wendy is such a warm, genuine person. She’s professional, creative, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, meticulous, and passionate about what she does, Wendy is the one!
