Us Nail

This place is inconsistent. When people walk in for a service they begin to rush and do a poor job. People of color are treated differently. Thank God for google translate. A technician was attempting to tell Andy and his wife that I was unhappy with my nails. His wife turned her head and refused to listen to the technician. Andy began talking. He rushed on my nails after two teenagers walked in wanting a full set. After looking away she turned around and stared at me with a mean look and proceeded to talk about me. I was able to understand via Google translate. She nor Andy asked me anything. When I told him that I was unhappy with my nails he just looked at me and said “45 minutes.” I felt very uncomfortable. I've been going here for years, but no more. Two pedicures ago my toe was hacked on that it wouldn't stop bleeding. She had to use a powder to get it to stop and had me use my other foot to apply pressure. Yesterday my husband and I went together. I got the same lady and it seriously was more pain than the dentist and GYN visit combined. She was literally digging around my big toe, pain and bleeding. I jumped several times and I'm pretty tolerant. My husband asked me why I went to this place. I guess it took him to tell me this wasn't "normal". This morning my big toes are sore and one literally throbbing. I'm hoping it doesn't get infected.

If I could give them no stars I would. I came in to get my nails and toes done for my wedding this weekend. The man doing nails was incredibly rude, he was rough and made me bleed on 3 fingers. I ended up leaving and I won’t be back. Definitely don’t go there if you have a wedding or a special occasion.

I love Andy and Jackie! I’ve been coming here for over 13 years and wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. Andy cares about his customers and remembers you every single time. From every day nails, to my wedding nails, to baby shower sets and every special occasion in between, Andy has done them all. I am always impressed with how clean he keeps the store, and he’s constantly updating to keep his customers comfortable. Thank you Andy!

Have been coming here for years but today will be my last time. Went in for a pedicure and the nail tech immediately started clipping away at my toenails to where there were barely any left. Didn’t ask if I wanted them clipped and I have been growing them out to get a cute shaped pedicure and now I’m left with barely any nails. My big toe nail is crooked. I paid way too good of money to have left with my feet like this and the nail tech never came back out from the back to tell me I was done or ring me out. She was very rude and not friendly at all. I wish I would have gotten her name. Sadly I won’t be back.
