I just stopped by US nails this afternoon because the location that I frequent is closed on Mondays. This location has a large assortment of colors which is great however, I just wanted a basic manicure with white nail polish. The lady I sat with tried to pressure me into getting a more expensive manicure/product even though I declined several times. I don't think that I will be returning to this location my manicure was, for lack of better words, lazy. Please see pictures for reference. These are the ugliest most embarrassing nails I’ve ever had in my life. I literally cried in the salon, while paying for them, and while in the car. Look at this! Mishaps, bulky application, bubbles, scratches, etc. you name it and it’s wrong on this set. I kept asking questions about the application because it was super bulky; and the lady told me it was because of the temperature in the salon the liquid was too hot. Everyone else seemed to have a good experience but I was NOT so lucky. Even during the application I asked the lady about why it was so thick! Looked like I had Little Rock’s on my finger nails. She put so much product on my right thumb nail that it started to burn REALLY bad. I still had to pay 45$ even after telling the lady I was not happy and that they were unlike able. I

I normally go to a different nail salon but because I had a busy week I wasn't able to make an appointment there. I stopped by this location since it's close to where I live. I only wanted them to remove my SNS nails so I could give my natural nails a break for a few weeks. Keep in mind I have had SNS removal multiple times so I know it's not supposed to hurt. Well she started off by drilling down the top layer of each nail. Then cut one nail. I quickly stated that she was cutting my natural nails. Since she cut one nail short she now had to cut the others shorter. Now instead of soaking my nails in acetone and gently removing what was on my nail, she proceeded to take a fake acrylic nail and wedge it in between my real nail and the rock hard acrylic powder and SNS. I visited this nail salon while visiting family recently and I did NOT leave impressed at all, it was a rushed job, and not a good, I don't want to leave pics,because I don't want to be hurtful to the tech and cause them trouble at work, however stop doing a rush job, good quality work will get you return clients!😉

This was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. The technician I had spent barely any time actually massaging my feet or using the hot stones. I felt like she was rushing the entire time. She was already trying to get another customer in a chair for her when she hadn’t even started on painting my toes yet. If you want a quick service but not get what you pay for this is the place to go.
