I have been going here a few months after moving to Southaven and I love Tom. He does my nails, and Lee always does my pedicures. Tom is always so sweet, quick, but efficient. He always does my designs really well. Lee also does really great pedicures.

SN: Pictures are from 4 hours after I left -I'm doing this review two days after service . The nail tech didnt seem to want to just do a manicure . He tried to get me to get something different several times . He proceeded with the manicure and my skin was nipped so bad that I bled for most of the day . And it's 2 days later finger hurts bad. Shape wasn't what I wanted . I ended up with regular clear polish cause he kept saying he couldn't find the shellac colors I picked. No hand massage / lotion . When I brought it to the front desk attention she cut me off mid sentence and said all I can do is give you 20% off ($4). It wasn't about money .. it's the service. She gave no apology or empathy or asked to give me to someone to correct service . $18 and my wife says my nails look like I ne

I stopped in to get my nails done before my cruise. Sang did my mani / pedi and did a great job. Alex did the white French tips on both my hands and feet. I was happy they didn’t try to push me to get acrylic nails and just let me get what I wanted on my natural nails (plus gel). A week later of fun in the sun and the water and my nails still look freshly done. The drinks weren’t bad either.

I used to really enjoy coming here, but the quality has gone downhill over time. My gel manicures once lasted a solid two weeks — now they barely make it three days. I’ve had to return just a couple of days after each visit because of chipping, and after giving it several tries, it’s clear the issue isn’t on my end. When I mentioned it and asked if they could redo my nails at a discount, they refused. I even took a break for a few weeks and decided to give them another chance, but the same thing happened. My nails were done on Monday, and by Wednesday four were already chipped. It’s now Friday and six are chipped. The salon itself is clean and spacious, but unfortunately, the skilled nail techs who made this place great seem to be gone. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

I been coming here for years. Love it every visit. The vibe is nice, drinks are so good and Ben my guy is the best. Nice design and last long set 😘❤️
