USA Nails

This was my first time in and Kali did a fill, shaping and repair on my nails. I absolutely love them. She did a great job and was easy to talk to. Also very skilled and knowledgeable. The owners are very nice and friendly as well. This is a nice, clean family owned and operated business. My son (3) also played with the owners son as I got my nails done (though I came prepared to keep him busy). He enjoyed it and liked making a new friend. I have found a new nail place. They also have the dipping powder nails and stamping, which I haven't seen a lot of places offering. I'll be trying those next time I need a new set. This nail salon I family owned and operated. They do great work but also they take great pride in their salon and cleanliness. The bathroom is very clean and the Massage chairs are nice. I feel like I have treated myself when I go their. I thrive on patronizing small family owned businesses. They are very professional and have done a lot to make the salon a welcoming and safe place even with COVID-19.

Upon entering, my friend and I were warmly greeted and asked about what services we were interested in. They also had us pick the colors. I decided to go with a normal pedicure and SNS dip manicure. We were seated next to each other relatively quickly, which was great. The pedicure was pure bliss. Between the service and massage chairs, I felt throughly pampered. The SNS dip was simply amazing as well. Everything was completed with perfect results. These workers are incredibly kind and ask questions to ensure you get what you want. The prices are fair as well. This is the only location in the Charlotte area that I've ever noticed that the quality is much more important than time. I didn't realize how fast 3 hours passed until I left. I highly recommend this location. Bonus is

The staff at USA Nails are very friendly and professional. They play soothing music in the background and create a very peaceful environment. My gel nails still looked great two weeks later! I highly recommend their services.
