USA Nails

This was my first time here, I’m a super nervous person to begin with. However the guy (Kevin? I’m sorry I’m so bad with names) did my gel extensions, he was super informative about them as they are new and I haven’t had my nails done in forever. What I liked most about this shop is how welcoming they were! They had 2-3 people come and they greeted them by name happily!

I had pretty good experiences here. But it’s consistent waiting time that made me write a review. I would make an appointment for 10 and wait an hour to get seated because they allowed walk ins... but what really made me sad is this last time I had this older lady doing my nails and it hurt!! Usually it doesn’t hurt and I’m happy. But it was so rough.. and then she kept spraying alcohol to stop the bleeding... and now the skin around my nails are so tender and sore..

Walked in for a pedicure and got very lucky to have a nail tech ready instantly for me. The chairs are so comfy and the massage was bomb after a day of work. She did an amazing job!! The (regular polish) paint-job is perfection!! Thank you for a great experience.

I was a walk-in client. They gave me an accurate wait time and were ready for me right around the time they said they would be. I believe Kevin did my nails, he did an excellent job - I have thin nails which he noticed and was careful about. Not once did I feel any discomfort or sensitivity as he was using the rotary tool. Overall happy with the result and the experience!

One of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. I came in as a walk-in and was seated almost immediately — which I now realize was a red flag. The full acrylic set took only 22 minutes total, start to finish. It was clear the tech was rushing the entire time. He barely gave me time to pick a color, rushed me through the options, and I ended up with something I didn’t like at all. During the process, he burnt one of my fingers and drew blood on TWO others. The acrylics were glued not just to my nails but to the majority of my fingertips, and every single nail is uneven and poorly sized — they don’t match my actual nail shape at all. The tech was rude, rough, and kept yanking and tossing my hands around like I was a mannequin. Now, the skin around several of my nail beds is red, swo
