USA Nails Fayetteville

I went here with my Dad, to do something together and to treat me to something nice. He got a pedicure and a manicure. I got a pedicure and an acrylic set. A week and 5 days later I had nails popping off and coming up. I had to have a discussion with the nail tech/cashier working the front desk. We went back and forth about a few topics. Starting with a 5 day warranty for my acrylics that neither my Dad or I was told about. As well as why a fill would not fix the problem, as that could cause fungal growth if water was under the loos nails but especially since they would have required ME to pay for them being filled. After talking we came to the solution of them taking off the acrylics for free. I have attached pictures of the nails day of getting the set and what my own nails looked like

I've been attending this salon for the last several months. The staff has been pleasant an attentive at each visit. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my nails.But each time the staff has risen to the occasion. Today I was looking for a very special pink. Thank you to julie and jenny for your patience.And being so meticulous about your work. They worked with me until we got to the right color. If you want technicians who are detailed about their work and who are kind, you won't go wrong with these two. My only suggestion is to offer your clients a refreshment during their service. Otherwise it's a great experience.

I got my pedicure done my Susie and she rushed my service. I sat next to my sister who was serviced by another person who took their time and I was done way faster. Then I took my previous nail set off and they charged me an extra $5 for “not getting a manicure or gel included” so I just paid $15 to take off an acrylic set. I won’t be coming back here. Extra fees for absolutely nothing and a rushed pedicure. Literally was slapping oil on me and buffing my toes NOT my toe nails.

Okay, guys, this was my first time to go into this nail shop. The atmosphere, the service, and the nail tech Tina. Was awesome as I looked around. I noticed they clientele, was 98% black. So I went to the manager who was on duty at the time. and asked Do we not have any wine or spritzer, or water or anything to serve? So we can be comfortable. I will definitely go back. I enjoy my nails. Tina really cater to me. We really need our own nail shops peroid.

Mary at USA Nails in Fayetteville, is a very good nail technician. She does exactly what you ask her to do. Very pleased with her work. She's also personable.
