Waited awhile before I had to leave but looking at the reviews im glad I left. If the wait was that long they should've given me a timeframe. People kept finishing but manicurists kept disappearing which made me feel like they were avoiding me. I wonder why

got gel x extensions. half my nails are crooked. one of them came off completely after just 4 days. the tech didn't use sanitized tools and just grabbed them out of a cup next to her station. too long of a wait for this quality of nails. won't be going back or recommending this place. update: another nail fell off exactly a week after getting it done. I am very upset about the quality and duration of this $80 manicure that didn't even last a week. this place is trash.

I came in yesterday for a gel pedicure and an SNS manicure, which was the most painful manicure I’ve ever received. The tech made my cuticles bleed in multiple spots, and the open wounds made the solution she used after REALLY sting. She also used the drill on my natural nails to buff them before dipping which continued to aggravate my cuticles. After dipping, she used a really coarse grit file to shape and file the sides (it seemed like a file that was made for acrylics). It was really uncomfortable, and it also seems like it made some of the powder peel up and look weird. When I got home, I had a bunch of excess hardened powder under and around my nails that I had to peel off. Now, my cuticles look really chewed up, and some are inflamed and very painful. They should be more transparent about what services they can or cannot do. I showed a simple ombré design, but after an hour they couldn’t deliver it and I had to switch to a French manicure. It would have been more professional and kind to communicate this upfront and offer alternatives. I was polite and even tipped, but overall the service quality did not meet expectations.

I have went to this nail salon multiple times and it has been great. The last time I went caused me to never go again. I got the female owner to do my nails. She rushed them and not only that she proceeded to chop a chunk out of my real nail it begin to bleed and she just continued to put acrylic over it. A few days later the nail broke off and took Half my nail with it. I paid $60 to have her completely ruin my nails. Don’t go here.
