Lynn at USA Nails gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time—and I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 17 (now 40). She truly listens and respects what I want, which is rare. I have natural nails and don’t like drills or graters, and Lynn had gentle alternatives for everything. She even used a purple pumice-style callus bar I’d never seen before that wasn’t abrasive at all. Amazing work and great experience—highly recommend Lynn!

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. Everyone was rude from the moment I walked in. My nails came out crooked and when I politely asked the technician to fix them, she got visibly upset and had an attitude the entire time. To make things worse, when I went to pay and handed her my card, she threw it back at me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Horrible service overall. I will never return.

I've primarily experienced their manicures and pedicures, and I haven’t encountered any issues so far. If you're looking for a technician, I recommend reaching out to Kimberly or Emily for their exceptional service. Additionally, they offer a rewards program, so be sure to inquire about it.

We came here for pedicures and left extremely satisfied. The health precautions are amazing. They take your temperature and there is a shield between the employee and yourself at all times. They are very careful with your feet, so no need to worry if you are ticklish or have sensitive feet. They also take zelle and venmo as a form of payment. This place was a win.

I usually don’t leave reviews, however I wanted to share my experience. Staff was nice, but I had to ask for water and a menu to see what type of pedicures they offered. (typically both are done within the 1st 5mins of me Being in the chair) The women who did my nails gripped my fingers so tight and she keep running the drill over the skin around my nail bed. I got the luxury pedicure priced at $63 and I would have been better off doing a basic pedicure, because that’s exactly what it felt like….! Over all of you are looking for a basic shop with basic service, than this is your place.! I didn’t like the shape of my nails nor the way she painted them. You could see air bubbles..
