It’s January and I can’t get an appointment until May. Because of my insurance I’m stuck going here. Do better UT. Update: received a call that my appointment in 4 months would need to be rescheduled because the doctor wouldn’t be in. Now my appointment is pushed back another MONTH. So now I will have been waiting a total of 6 months to be seen.

Every time I have an appointment, something is wrong at check in. Even though I have completed their online check in process. I have had to call my insurance both times while checking in to fix the issues that they aren’t capable of fixing. Really annoying when I’m not the one who works there! Dr. Fike is great, but the office is terrible.

I showed up on time for my appointment at 9:40am, and they said they would see me right away. However, I had to wait 30 minutes and watched people who checked in after me get called in and finish their appointments. I had to go up and ask about it, and it was clear they forgot about me because then they saw me right away. This office doesn’t value you as a patient but as a number. You also have to pay for parking, which isn’t great when half of the parking fee is you waiting half an hour for an appointment. Save your time and money and go to another dermatologist office where they’ll be on time and actually care for you. Other than that, the Resident was nice, but to wait 30 minutes just to be treated by a student and not the actual doctor or a PA is ridiculous.

have stage 4 renal cell carcinoma with growth on my left shoulder my oncologist referred me to Dr Caitlyn Mcintyre and she acted like she didn't want to do anything with me. on 11/21 she informed me she was referring me to dermatology and i told her thats fine but it needs to happen quick as i could lose my insurance. still no resolution she gave me normal referral and situation is still not resolved and i am possibly walking around with cancer on my shoulder that is getting larger. This is a bad experience

This is the absolute worst service in San Antonio, appointments aren't honored at the time they are scheduled. On top of it, they are always having an attitude and are rude. Listen, you are provinding a service. we certainly don't have to take your lack of management skills nor your attitude. Run from this place. If you have cancer, the last thing you need is these clowns in charge of your care
