Utopia Nails & Spa

I’ve been going to Utopia for almost 6 months. I enjoy their service and long lasting nails. I usually go by Janet or Jenny they are both great. They take their time and are very professional and detailed oriented. I totally recommend either of the girls.

Great service! Thank you for receiving me, even though I came in late. Service that was made was, removal of set from different location, new set, coffin shape, new color. I really like how they came out 🥰

This is a picture of my no chip manicure 24 days later. The chipping has only started in the last couple of days and only on 2 nails on my dominant hand. Seriously great job! Almost as good as Banana Nails but at one third the price. I’ll be back for sure.

This place is the absolute best! I’ve been coming for yearssss and I won’t ever find another place like this. Cathy is one of the sweetest, kindest, honest, most genuine person I’ve ever met. A literal Angel!! She always goes above and beyond my expectations I’m so glad I came across utopia from Cathy to all the staff everyone’s very kind and talented!! Best nail tech hands down!!!

They don’t have enough staff. They don’t aim to please they just want to get you out of their salon. Appointments take precedent so don’t bother walking in because you’ll be there for easily 5 hours. Some technicians are not experienced and they fail to file correctly or include the massage for a manicure. I had to tell the technician to file the left hand because he forgot about it and stated “I’m getting high off the acetone-sorry”. Just so the nails can come out messy. They have a wall under construction with BETA fish and some of them are dead in dirty water for who knows how long. I’m still seeking a new high quality clean salon in the area. I also tried making an appointment and Melvin told another customer they didn’t make appointments while another tech made my appt but no one w
