My daughter and I had massages at the same time on Thanksgiving. Mine was excellent except that when she started on my back doing deep tissue, it was so hard that I found later that my rib is bruised. Dozens or 100 massages and that has never happened. I asked her lighten up and she mostly did. My daughter's masseuse didn't speak English. Her phone kept beeping, she was noisy and she took my daughter's bun out and,um, thoroughly brushed her hair. Odd. Also d asked for heat but apparently they had only 1 space heater ( which was in my room). Last 1/2 hour of her massage was good.
