V Nail

Short message to all customers- if you spend LESS than $20(manicure). They are extremely rude! And the manager who has been operating the rude shop for quite awhile. I verbally corrected manager and her so called nail tech in front of her customers. Their attitude is $50.00 or more and I will give a C average customer service. I watched them. I was a walkin. And Never will they see me or my $100.00 ever!

This is what my nails 3 days later. This was my very First time here and my last time here not to mention I paid $70 total for a full set and pedicure. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!! * Update * I had to go to the Urgent care for an infection on my finger.

I went for a manicure and pedicure, but the lady assigned to my nails was very rude and impatient. They didn’t have my preferred color, so she came up with one herself. While I was still getting my pedicure, I said, “Let’s keep your design for now,” meaning if I didn’t find another one, I’d go with hers. She rudely replied instead of listening. I left disappointed and didn’t even get my nails done. The lady doing my pedicure was very nice and she did an amazing job. Some staff really need to improve their communication and attitude toward customers.

These are just some pictures from over the course of 3 years going to V Nails... they charge $30 minimum for color powder acrylic nails and $20 minimum for a pedicure. They do charge extra for shaping your acrylics. Their service is alright but if you’re kind of picky like me and vocal about the kind of job you want done, they talk mess about you in their language to their coworkers right in front of your face. I just don’t tip when they do that foolishness. The wait time is usually 1.5 hours.

Paid $104 plus tip. Toes in nails on point. A week later polish on both feet and hands just fell off (a first for me) tried to get them to fix I was given we redo for 10% off. Poor customer service I was told French manicure last 1 week on nature nail. In was universe? Worst experience ever 👎
