I took my daughter there for the first time today and it was my daughter's first experience. Their behavior was not friendly at all and they didn't know how to treat a child. They charged $100 but the result was not good at all and I was not satisfied at all. The quality was not good at all for the money I paid. And after 2day come off

If I could give a 0* I would. They literally talked badly not knowing I could understand half of what they were saying. The gems fell off in under a hour, the nails are un even and crooked. They put ugly yellow gems on and then was annoyed I asked them for the silver like I asked for from the start and showed pictures and still not even what I asked for. This was my second time trying them and I will never be back. I spent $103 on my nails and toes and definitely have to get them re done now. Terrible service and awful experience. I added photos of what I asked for and I hat I got.

Manicure and pedicure services: pedi was ok. Tech for pedi was nice. Tech for mani didn't even ask what shape I wanted for my French tips. She started filing right away. She only told me after I enquired about it. Nails were filed unevenly as well. When I told her I wanted thin tips so my nails don't look short, she couldn't do them. Gel was your average do-it-yourself look. Felt rushed for both services for $100. If Management is reading this, you need to inform your techs that each salons process is different. So don't expect your NEW clients to know your process without verbal cues.

Been coming here for 8 years now. Used to get a great full set or pedicure, nice staff, felt like an experience. Now I come in, staff is snappy and unwelcoming. They get annoyed when I'm just looking at colors or even taking a second to decide what service I want. And when they ask if I liked my nails I asked to have them filed down a bit more and lady was all annoyed. They have nice massage chairs but so do other places. I'm paying to have an experience not be rushed and sparked at. Time to move on.

Hannah has been doing my nails for almost a year now, and she nails it every, single, time. I highly recommend her. I also get my pedicures here and all the ladies do a great job. Not once have I been disappointed.
