V Spa Nail

I had the best experience!! I had Candy doing my nails and she took her time and did such an incredible job! These are the best nails I’ve ever gotten in my life! The salon inside is so beautiful and everyone is so friendly! Highly recommend getting your nails done at v spa!

I came in when it opened at 9 was very clear about the style I wanted & confirmed pricing. Upon getting the acrylic put on I was told that they did not have the color I wanted in “regular” which felt like I was being forced to do shellac which I declined early on in the application of my nails. If you all knew u could not fulfill what I asked I should have been told that FROM the beginning. TWO people worked on my feet because the First Lady not only cut down one of my BIG toes shorter than the other after I asked her not to. Proceeded to do a French tip for my toes which ended in complete disaster regardless of the change in nail tech. My toenails were not properly cleaned out nor was the polish residue etc cleared from my around my toes. This has been my WORST nails salon experience by F

To respond to the owner: The chip that occurred was due to a bubble that was on my nails due to Candy's poor work. The paint was not applied properly to my nails. My nails SHOULD NOT be chipping like that -- period. I wasn't happy with my nails when I left but my experience with your nail techs was so poor I did not feel comfortable coming back to this salon to get it fixed. And I've never had this problem before. Also, there was not another customer watching TV at the time---the staff was watching the TV. Stop lying to save face about your poor work and poor customer service. And you didn't address the fact that your staff was openly talking about me which was disrespectful. I been coming here for about 1 year. Never really got my nails done just pedicure and they do a great job. Today I got my nails done by kiwi and I’m so happy with the results. Kiwi did such a great job I love how they came out. I will definitely come back to kiwi for nails now.

WOW! I had one of THE BEST pedicures I've ever had this morning! I came here with my son and they were SO KIND to him. He likes to get gel polish and this time he wanted to try a design resembling dragon scales and she did such a good job!! Cindy did my nails and she got the shape so perfect! I'm very indecisive and she helped me choose a color and then finished my nails before I could even blink! Thank you both so much! Now let's talk about that pedicure! I cant wait for my next one! They have these cozy fluffly chairs in front of the sinks instead of those big leather ones, I'm very short and those massage chairs are always so oddly shaped so it was so nice to be sitting in a comfy chair with pillows!
