They are overpriced. I had a dip polish done for $60 and the color was all over my hands and cuticles. Even after asking for them to be cleaned up It looks like a kid learning to polish did them.

My daughter and I both requested gel pedicures and paid $140. The very next day my daughter’s polish peeled off. We were out of the country for her birthday and had to find black polish to fix her feet. When we returned I called to request that they fix her nails and was told that I have to pay a fee! Bad service, over priced and rude little girls at the reception area. Don’t be fooled by the ambiance!

“I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years, and I’ve never been disappointed. Peter does an amazing job every time, and I’m always getting stopped to ask where I go and who does my nails. People even take pictures! The place is always kept very clean, and they offer light refreshments while you’re being serviced. Trash customer service from start to finish. Receptionist is def rude. Nails didn’t turn out like the picture. Very ugly actually. Your prices are high but your work doesn’t match. Had no interaction with the person doing my nails and the team at the front desk basically said the lines couldn’t be straight bc of the design I got yet on some nails they were actually straight. Didn’t bother to fix just offered me 10% off on ugly nails. First and last time there I will not be returning. Very overrated place, respectfully.

This place is amazing! They have such highly skilled artists that work here. The creativity just exceeds all expectations! John has been the best artist that I have had in 25 plus years of getting my nails done. It is best to let him do his magic; I promise you that you will not be disappointed!! It is best to make an appointment so that you get to experience their services fully and allow them the time to shine. This is a busy nail salon where people have waiting lists for appointments. Jimmy & KV have created an amazing atmosphere and the customer service is phenomenal! You have a client for life!
