Excuse me while I scream that you need to go see Kelly!!!! I have been going to her for years and she NEVER disappoints! I give her an inspiration photo and she makes it 10x better!!!! Fun part about these nails??? They glow in the dark!!!!

If you want an amazing nail tech who can make you smile and give you killer nails Kelly is the way to go. I’ve gone to her for years and she NEVER disappoints!

I asked for my nails to be shortened and filled in with a new design. The lady was on video call with someone the whole time. Instead of my request of shortening my nails she removed my previous acrylic nails and put a new full set on. Yes my new design is a perfect match. But very unprofessional to be on video call and no interaction with your customer.

Went today for for a fill and paint. opted for a glitter dip. looked great until 3 hours later when all the glitter rubbed off after simply shopping and going to dinner. I specifically asked the tech if the glitter would stay on with no top coat and she said yes for a long time but was a 20$ extra charge, which i was fine with. I went back after noticing and the same tech fixed them for me by removing the glitter and painting them a simple black and told me I could have a 15$ refund. But then the "boss" on the phone said no refunds. the tech was nice but with a 15 additional charge AND I left a 15$ tip, I fully believe i should have been refunded just for the additional cost of the glitter . Will 100% not be going back.

Waited almost two hours. Once I did get seated and started with my nails the woman doing them cut me with the cuticle clippers. I get accidents happen but she didn’t stop to have me wash my hands or anything so the blood was in the acrylic and showed until I got them redone (you can see it in the photo). Not to mention it HURT. My nails were lumpy, thick, and uncomfortable. My thumb fell off before the two weeks was even up. I went elsewhere for a filling and during the process discovered the quality of the acrylic was poor. I won’t be coming back. The only good thing this salon has going for them is Tony.
