Valentino Nail Bar Concord

I came this past weekend, they were pretty busy but this shop has always been my go to! The artists here are so amazing! I had Enfae this last time she was truly amazing! And funny as well! I loveeeee my nails and she was very patient with me because I have a hard time picking colors because I’m obsessed with their cat eye selection! She was amazing , definitely recommend!

I can here with my daughters for three (3) pedicures and 3 gel manicures. The pedicure for me was VERY below average.one daughter had to wait for her nail technician to get her manicure. I paid for a $55.00 deluxe pedicure and nothing about it was deluxe. There are a plethora of nail spas in Charlotte. Please do not spend your money here. I told the owner about my experience and nothing was done. He just gave me a lot of excuses about miscommunication. I will never come to Valentino Nail Bar again and will be sure to spread the word about there poor service!

I had a great experience getting my feet done at Valentino Nail Bar in Concord. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the salon was clean and relaxing. My pedicure was done with great attention to detail, and they really took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. The technician was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience very comfortable. My feet feel amazing, and the polish looks flawless. You can tell they care about the quality of their work and their customers. They also had some really good margaritas, which made the experience even better and more relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Valentino Nail Bar to anyone looking for a great pedicure in Concord!

I give them two star because I just felt like it was a scam for real when I went there. The place is beautiful. Everything is nice and set up, but I feel like these short nails should not be $80. Usually when I go to the nail salon. I get the same thing. Small French tips, and my price is always 55 also; there was no paper to show the prices of anything. It’s like they do your nails, and they make up a price for you.

I went to this location on 11/22. I went to leave a review and realized I left a bad review a little over a year ago for the same issues. Deleted that review so I could post pix. Not even 30 minutes after leaving my nail polish was peeling because it was still wet. I paid $400.75 for 2 pedicures, 2 fullsets and 1 fill in. Why does a fill in cost the same amount as a full set? I had forgotten why I avoided this location but was reminded it's due to poor quality. Customer service sucked. No one wanted to do the design my daughter wanted. No one wanted to do the chrome I requested...ended up getting it but definitely wasnt worth it. I shouldve left as soon as the first person started complaining. Anyway! I went to another location yesterday to have my nails repaired. I dont see an option to p
