Vanessa’s African braids& locs

I had an amazing experience getting my hair braided. She is incredibly patient, which makes such a difference when you’re sitting for hours, never rushed, never irritated, just calm and attentive the entire time. The process was actually comfortable, from the way she handled my hair to how mindful she was of tension. On top of that, her work is extremely neat and precise; every braid was clean, uniform, and beautifully done. You can truly tell she takes pride in her craft and cares about her clients. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for quality braids and a stress-free experience.

Do your research first!!! Not worth $200!! And won’t be returning! I made an appointment for me and my daughter on separate days. After reading the good reviews, I decided to try Vanessa out. My daughter got her hair done first and after looking at her braids, I was not pleased with the outcome. My daughter wanted medium, shoulder length, box braids. The braids were too short and they looked like spider legs coming out of her scalp. She had this deep middle part and the braids didn’t lay flat against her head on both sides. I was skeptical about her in the beginning when I asked for two colors to be blended and she told me that’s an extra $25 dollars on top of the $200 dollars. I’ve never heard of such ridiculousness, like who does that! I was able to find another braider that did my hair

Vanessa gave me a great experience as a first time customer. I was super late due to traffic but she still accepted me and Im so appreciative of her polite gesture. Although I was late, she did not rush on my hair or made me feel uncomfortable. I would definitely come back to get serviced by her!!

I love my hair! At first, I was a little nervous about getting my braids done here, but Vanessa made me feel completely at ease. She’s so nice and very detailed when it comes to doing your hair. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you again!

Olivia did an AMAZING job on my knotless box braids with the hair included ! Very kind and great service! She was even able to squeeze me in even though it was a short notice! Highly recommend them if you’re looking to get your hair braided! :)
