The space is super clean, cozy, and relaxing, honestly such a nice vibe. My aesthetician did an amazing job and made the whole experience so relaxing. I would give 0 stars if possible, absolutely do not recommend. I booked an appointment and paid in advance. When I arrived there was not only no on here but the door was locked and they did not answer the numerous phone calls I made. I waited for 20 minutes outside the door knocking and calling them but no one picked up. I literally paid for this service in advance. I messaged them on Facebook, instagram, and left a voicemail and nothing. Do not come here. follow up almost 2 weeks later: still no word from them regarding my appointment. cannot emphasize enough how much i would NOT recommend this place. luckily i was able to get my money back through my payment company but D'Vanite did nothing.
