Vanna Nail

I wanted to love this place and make it my nail spot close to home, not possible. I wasted money at this shop because their material and or methods don’t last. I went Friday Oct.22 for shellac mani pedi. The staff was nice. I rated them a 2 because by Sat. morning (Oct.23)my nails began to chip. I went back Saturday the nail tech didn’t come in until 10a I couldn’t wait so I returned on Monday morning. She was nice about it and lightly sanded all my nails and put more shellac on my nails. On Tuesday Oct.26th they are beginning to chip again. Also several of my nails have broken off and I’ve never experienced this with other shellac manicures. I cannot patronize nor recommend this salon to anyone.

When I walked to get my toes done they were very rude not wanting to help me at all the old man what you need I said I would my toes done he said we are busy. No smile and it was clear to see that he did not want me in the shop or want to wait on me

The customer service was pretty good.My nail tech talked with me and I was engaged in the conversation during my service. The people inside were pretty nice and friendly also. The nail technician she did an okay job on my nails. I gv them a 4. The downside was they didn't have a lot of nail technicians in this particular shop. So they didn't really work that fast. I wish they had more nail techs in there they also had to turn people away due to that fact. I was near there yesterday and decided to give them a try because I went to a place that was not too far from there. I called them to have my nails done and they had an opening at 4 and I was able to get in and get my nails and my feet done. I think the price for what I got was okay. Van did an amazing job on my nails! She did the exact design that I wanted and was very quick. The salon is clean and very relaxing. I can’t wait to go back!

I am from out of town and called to make sure they had walk in availability and was able to get my gel polish manicure and pedicure right away! They spent so much time making my feet and nails look perfect before the shellac and I'm so happy with the results. I got this holographic color that looks amazing in the light. I was surprised at the good value for the price, if I lived here I would definitely come back!
