Vanna Nails

Not a good business for deeply melanated people to go. I used to get a pedicure and manicure there as it is my neighborhood nail shop. However I have not been met with the friendlliness and patience I observed others being given. The last time I was treated vey rudely because I asked for a breakdown of the $58 dollar charge for my natural French manicure. He said told me I didn't need to know just pay the $58. He told me Gina already told me but she didn't because she acted like she didn't speak English well enough to break down the amount. She told $5 for French . Well if a gel manicure cost $38 and French tip $5 that's $43. I told him I come in there often and I should be able to ask questions about my service. He said well if I come in there all the time I should know how it cost

Van and Nikki were super nice and super friendly. Thye taught me how to speak Vietnamese and introduced me to their single co-worker ahaha And although they were about to close, thye still accepted me.

If you want a certain nail design they do a very good job on matching the design you want. I went for my nails done spent $95 on my nails have the guy $15 tip and he wanted me to give him a $20 tip and I told him $15 or no tip at all! That is very unprofessional!! And then not even a week later one of nails breaks! And I wasn’t doing anything for it to break I didn’t even notice when it broke! So $110 all together and not even a week later my nail breaks🙄 now I’m going somewhere else to get it fixed cuz I refuse to go somewhere that they think it’s ok to demand a certain amount for a tip and they obviously were not put on correctly if one broke in less than a week!

I’ve been here three times now. And I have to say I’m so impressed with the work I’ve gotten. I have also been a walk in two of those times and let me tell you. This place is awesome. I went in with the idea I was just getting a fill and my French repainted as I’m a basic French manicure kind of girly. But I spring this idea and let me tell you. The execution was incredible. I’ve been going to Lynn for a while now and she always tries to make sure the designs I want are perfect ! She is always nice and very timely !
