I have been a customer for a long time, and I want to start by saying that Charlie is amazing. Unfortunately, my recent experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. My 9-year-old child’s manicure ended up costing more than mine, and when I calmly asked about it, one of the older staff members became very reactive and aggressive. She raised her voice to the point where even her coworker tried to calm her down in their own language. I believe that when you own a business, customer service should be a top priority. There are many salons available, and customers should be treated with respect—especially when they are simply asking for clarification about pricing. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, and for that reason, I will not be returning. I value fairness and profes

I normally have good service every time i come to this place however this day i went the service was terrible . I asked for a refill for the lady to start popping off my nails to give me a fresh set saying they couldn't be filled , then she did my eyelashes but placed them on top of my eyelids .. i snatched them off immediately !! Also after one week my polish is coming off ( supposed to be gel ) so I'm not understanding how so. I was asked how was the service i rated a 0 just to receive a call to contact the manager , when i called i was advised that was A automatic message sent & the manager would reach out . Which they didn't .. i spent $208 plus tip on very distasteful work .. never had these issues before i don't think I'll be returning. Hasn't even been a full week

They have amazing prices & such a friendly atmosphere. All the techs I've had paid a lot of attention to detail. I'm using regular polish right now (trying to give my nails a break) & my French manicure & pedicure has lasted over a week with no chips!!! So happy with my service. The ladies here always know how to turn my day around. The owner also always has really pretty farm fresh orchids for sale. So happy I found a place in Florida that does good work for a good price! Keep up the good work.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I am absolutely disgusted in the level of nail service and customer service I’ve received. I have been a customer for years for only the eye brow and eyelash service. I decided two weeks ago to give them a chance with a simple gel pedicure and the lady who did my toes painted it crooked then tried to say it was not crooked. She then asked her coworker if it looked crooked and he agreed and fixed the one toe. The next day I noticed my toe was chipped while boarding a plane at the airport and I immediately called and informed them of this and they told me to come in when I get back and they’ll fix it. The day after that the gel polish completely came off of my other toe. I called again and demanded a refund and to speak with a manager. The guy said a manager

I work right next-door to this place the bad reviews you guys don’t listen to them. This place is amazing. They take their time their gentle, most importantly clean. I got my nails done by. Tao he is Amazing his pedicure and foot massage, ladies and gentlemen, the best of the best my nails are beautiful. I am a nailbiter. He made my hands look beautiful definitely coming back
