Varina Day Spa

Just when I was one punch away on my card from a discount, I have to cease business entirely with Varina Day Spa. No disrespect but right off hand it's more Nail Shop than actual spa. Offering bags of chips and candy does not make a spa of anything. Most nail shops offer waxing and other services so there's not much that makes this business a spa. Mind you I patron this shop because of its close proximity to my home and because it does have a pleasant decor for a nail shop. Today I ventured in for a fill in of my nails that are all natural minus 1 that broke a month ago. During the file down the "owner " states that she can not do a fill in on my nails next time because my "nails were too old"...(only have 1 fake nail on right hand thumb) and I was taken aback that she was denying me a fut

As long as Varina Nails is open & Ashley is working I will be a customer! Thank you Ashley for all your hard work! Oh I love the update & renovations to the salon! The salon was always clean and welcoming but this new look is definitely refreshing! Keep up the great work!

Just got a manicure and pedicure. Mercedes did a great job. I love that she took her time and was very gentle. The manager Ashley was very pleasant. Great customer service skills. I definitely will be back! Thanks again Mercedes!

I just got my nails done (with gel) on Monday and this is how they look on Thursday. I love them for the facials and massages but will never get my nails done here again.
