I booked a same-day full color, highlights, and haircut appointment expecting an experienced stylist. I was not told my entire service would be performed by a trainee. The trainee was very nice, but she told me directly she had no experience cutting short hair and didn’t feel comfortable doing it. I requested a senior stylist to cut my hair, and the senior stylist said she would — but by the time the color was done, she had already left the salon. The color took 2.5+ hours, I was left at the shampoo chair for over 20 minutes with toner burning my scalp, and the “edge cleanup” I reluctantly agreed to is crooked and uneven — one side is cut noticeably higher than the other. Ahhlynn was perfect. It was my daughter's first "big girl" salon experience and Ahhlynn put her at ease right away. Ensuring my daughter was comfortable while getting her hair washed. This helped her relax. My daughter wanted to get the wolf cut and Ahhlynn noticed right away that her hair would not look good, also that the upkeep and styling would be a lot for a young girl. Ahhlynn encouraged her to find something else and she did. Ahhlynn was encouraging all throughout the cut and was very precise with her work. My daughter is beyond pleased and excited to show off her new look at school. Big confidence booster for her!

Tiffany did an amazing job on my daughter’s highlights. It is blended so beautifully and looks very natural. Every experience we have with Tiffany is wonderful. She takes her time and treats her customers hair as if she was doing her own. She puts so much care into her work, she is truly talented. Not only does she do a great job on hair, she is also very kind/sweet. My daughter and I really enjoy getting our hair done by her.
