Vault Salon

As I stated in Separate posting, Jade was absolutely amazing. I love my color, trim, the head massage, and her professionalism. And pricing! But that’s secondary once I’m home and still thrilled with my hair- as is my family. They aren’t ones to withhold their opinions and they think this is the best color they have seen after all these years and salons ( moved a lot in CA - north and south). Great experience. I’m going back and taking my teenage daughter.

Jade did amazing with my hair. Loved how it turned out. She is very sweet and very attentive. Asked lots of questions before proceeding with anything with my hair. Very knowledgeable about the products she used on my hair.

So profesional and kind! I booked an appointment the day before after I saw such great reviews. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and checked in. Jade cut my hair and she did such a great job. She was not only kind but such a careful and intentional hair stylist. I felt like she took her time and made sure to understand what I wanted in the cut. I walked out looking and feeling great. I will definitely be coming back!

Amber was so nice and talked to me the whole time. I found out about an hour before my appointment that one of my family members had died and I let her know. She kept my spirts up the whole time. I love the color she chose for me. I usually tell them what I’m thinking and let them choose what would be best and I’m never disappointed. I also see Esmeralda, she is wonderful and always makes my hair vibrant and exactly what I’m looking for. Everyone at the salon is super sweet and they’re always helping each other and always learning new things from each other. It’s nice to see people working together instead of competing with one another. I’ve worked in a few hair salons and the environment can sometimes be toxic. I don’t see that here, it is so refreshing that I wish I could come in more of

I loved my experience at Vault Salon today. Halie listened to my needs and wants and asked questions to further understand exactly what I was looking for. Halie did an exceptional job with my color and cut. The staff was professional and kind. The salon was very clean and well stationed. I will definitely be going back. The price is very much within budget. Hailie is definitely worth booking your next appointment for. I have officially changed salons. Thank you Halie for your kindness and patience. My hair looks AMAZING!!!!!!
