I had a great experience here! Very relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was running a few minutes behind, and they were so courteous to have my paperwork ready for me and got me into my massage room promptly. I had an amazing massage therapist Danilo, who was incredibly attentive and professional. Overall experience was top notch, and I can’t wait to return! Even with this location not being the closest to my home, I will happily make the drive for the level of service and amazing treatments they offer here!

I was looking to purchase a gift card for Veda Massage as a holiday present, so a few weeks ago I called to ask about options, pricing, and how it all works. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to – Sarah – left me feeling really confused and unwelcome. Her tone was rude, unfriendly, and downright condescending, like answering my basic questions was a huge burden on her time. She rushed through explanations, sighed audibly, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by calling. It was disappointing and almost turned me off from the place entirely. Despite that negative phone interaction, I still wanted the gift card, so I decided to stop by the location in person. I’m so glad I did! Jordan is phenomenal — truly one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had! She’s professional, attentive, and knows exactly how to target tension and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. The entire staff is warm, kind, and genuinely cares about their clients’ comfort and well-being. Every visit feels like a retreat. Been coming here for the past two years and today I had one of the best facials I have ever had with Mylasia. She addressed all my concerns and came up with a plan for my next visit to continue addressing my main concern. Will definitely recommend her for a facial and continue booking with her.

Went for relaxation massage. Arrived early as requested. Masseuse ran few minutes behind scheduled time. Had conversation with Courtney as to what I was looking for. Did not get requested massage, she worked one shoulder area and gave more of back rub versus full body massage. Also, she had bit of an attitude She just seem she didn’t want to be there I’ve been to this location many times and once was even a member, but appears business has changed hands. I would expect a follow up, since I let front desk know I was not satisfied. I paid for service and my bad even left Courtney a tip which she didn’t really earn. Don’t see me returning for any future massage
