Vegas Nails

My mom and I have been coming to this nail place for 3 + years now and we have NEVER had a problem. Yesterday we came to get my moms nails done and we always ask for Daniel or Natalie. Since Natalie was busy we asked for Daniel. We show him a picture of what my mom wanted and OBVIOUSLY they have to ask what shape you want. Well he didn’t so we were assuming he knew that we wanted exactly what the pictured showed. Mind you the guy seemed like he was either being rushed or he was the one rushing himself. He could’ve said something if he didn’t want to take my mom. They charged us $72 and STILL TIPPED the guy (Daniel) for something that was HORRIBLE. We asked if they could do something about it or change the style and they refused to do so. Only thing they offered was to file the nails. This

Currently waiting to get my nails redone, been here for 90 minutes. They’re making me wait longer for a tech bc I was unsatisfied with my tech. I told the tech I’m getting married this weekend and my nails had to be picture perfect. I was not satisfied because the French tips were uneven, the center was off, and the cleanup was lazy. I ultimately asked to get them repainted. Nail tech got mad said it was my fault. Loved Vegas nails but this is the last visit here. Never again, there’s too much competition to be coming to a place where you’re not satisfied.

I had such a nice time getting a manicure & pedicure while in Chicago. I was happy they accommodated me so late in the day. Quality of work was great and the pedicure was very relaxing. I also enjoyed talking story with Long, he did a perfect manicure 💅

Went in last night around 6:30 when they close at 7. I’m so thankful they took me in; no appointment. I waited some time, but I expected it because of the holiday. I went in having no idea what I wanted. I wanted Christmas nails but also New Years. As I waited, I searched Google religiously and ended up wanting a mixture of 3 pictures. Annie did my nails and did such an AMAZING JOB! I left so happy that my vision became a reality. There was another woman who took her time explaining to Annie what I wanted. The customer service was 10/10. Definitely commend coming in. I’ve gotten a no chip full set done here a few times and have never had a bad experience. I’m very hands on and the polish lasts!

quality has declined. i got pedicures and the didn't cure the nail correctly nor cleaned up their mess. plot thickens...today the polish just bubble and came off on my big toe just bogus....i want my money back!!!
