Fatu, Brenda, and Isatou—Fatu’s amazing assistants—did an incredible job on my braids. They took their time and made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable throughout my entire appointment. It felt like being with family ❤️. I’m so satisfied and have nothing but a big smile on my face. Eight months ago, I was truly amazed, and today my experience was topped a thousand times over. EDIT- I initially gave the braider 3 stars overall and 4.5 stars for the braiding (see below). Fair and honest I think. Well, she messaged me on instagram because she didn’t like my review lol. You would think I gave her zero stars the way she came at me haha. She was very rude and cannot take any constructive criticism at all... I was really tempted to add screenshots of our conversation on here but I’m not trying to harm the actual owner of the salons ratings. I had knotless braids done here by one of the braiders, Unique Attachments who I guess rents a chair here. The salon is nice inside and I would give the braids alone 4.5 stars. They are very neat and the braider didn’t do it too tight at all which I appreciate. Despite being happy with the look of the braids, I am only giving 3 st

Fatu has poor service and unprofessional staff. My daughter’s braids didn’t last, and the stylist didn’t listen to what I asked for. Definitely not worth the money.

This place is such a hidden gem fr. Vibes were calm, energy on point, and my girl got exactly she wanted. The ladies were super respectful, they booked us for 8am and very professional.
