Velvet Hair Lounge

I just went to Ashly at Velvet for the first time and I am so glad I did! After sticking with my stylist in Boulder for 15 years, I finally decided to make the move to find someone local. The salon was soooo cute and cozy, and Ashly was super nice and great to talk to. I went from no bangs and heavy, grown out layers to a super fun and cute, shaggy, layered look that I just love. I will definitely keep seeing her for bang trims and hair cuts from now on... I highly recommend you do too:)

I can’t say enough good things about Casey as a hair color stylist. She truly listens to what you want, both with color and with the cut, and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. She did an amazing job blending my gray hairs into full highlights so everything looks natural and seamless. Beyond her skill, she is genuinely sweet and kind, which makes the whole experience even better. I would recommend her to anyone in town without hesitation. I’m unfortunately moving, and it’s honestly going to be hard to find someone like her again. Thanks Casey for being so awesome! I hope you have an even brighter future ahead of you! By the way, the vibes of the whole salon is beautiful and chic! You can tell the whole staff are professional and know what they’re doing.

I’ve seen Ashly for 10+ years and she is fabulous! She takes the time to listen to the style of haircut you want, explains how it would look with your specific hair, and always ensures you are happy with the finished look or makes any changes necessary. The salon is intimate and chic and they carry natural products.

Ashley is incredibly talented and always a pleasure to see. I am always thrilled with my haircut and can trust her to give me a haircut that is stylish but also easy to replicate. I highly recommend!

10/10! I drive from Denver every few months so Ashly can cut my hair. I have been getting my haircut by her for years. They are the best haircuts I’ve ever had! Truly would recommend her to anyone!
