VELVET NAILS & SPA

I have never felt obligated to leave a review before until now. I went to this nail salon for a fill, and while the technician was polite, unfortunately this was the worst set I’ve ever had. The nails are very thick, lumpy, uneven, and wide. I was also given a deep cut on my pinky during the service. I understand accidents happen, but it was painful and frustrating. The fill took almost two hours. I paid $75 (not including tip), and when I asked about a discount due to the cut, the staff was very reluctant to offer one. They ended up only giving me 20 dollars off!! Unacceptable. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the service for the price. Would not recommend.

I’ve been here twice, it’s a beautiful shop and the manager is very professional and courteous. I’m not sure if it was the product being used or the nail tech prepping my nails but my pointer finger nails both lifted almost completely off. I’m used to nails not lifting for 4-5 weeks. Just beware, I live to far to go back for these to be fixed. But the art work is really great.

Issis did a great job! I wanted square French and she absolutely nailed it! This was my first time here and I definitely will be back! Highly recommend this salon!

Erica was amazing. I walked in and she got me in right away. Very personable. We did the builder gel. It’s beautiful on my natural nails. Very clean and sleek!

I had an amazing experience with Lucy! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and asked plenty of questions to ensure I loved my nails. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and I’m really happy with the results. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and beautiful nails!
